Please use company e-mail address to receive activation codes for free trial. Free trial can be requested via “Help”->”Request free trial” menu in installed SPILite tool. SPISim does not accept e-mail address from free public e-mail providers such as gmail, hotmail, livemail or yahoo mail etc.
The default node locked with user locked license entitle a single customer to use our product on a single machine of a particular OS with support included. We also have node locked only and floating license version upon request. Software can be used before license file expires. Please contact us for details. We offer free-trial period, thus there is no money-back. Bulk license (6+) are also available upon request.
Education & Training:
We will provide online conferencing based video demo and training. On site training is also possible. We make great use of online resources like YouTube, forum or blog. Materials are often uploaded so that customers can watch and learn at their own pace.
We are customer oriented. We strive to provide best support via forum, on-line faq or e-mail supporting system. Further webex or skype like assistance may also provided based on our discretionary decision. Our regional distributor also provides first line support.
License holders are entitled to free updates for bug fixes and minor feature enhancements within maintenance period. Non-perpetual license file can’t be used on software built after maintenance date expired.
To upgrade from a previous major release, please purchase of a new or extend registered license.
SPISim does not sell or share customer data with 3rd party. Our product may occasionally connect back to our server for upgrading/patching/validation purpose. We do not collect any user’s private info.
